Simplicity is the best policy.
Avoid busy patterns, prints and bright colors.
Save stronger colors and patterns for accessories like scarves and neckties, etc!
Avoid wearing yellow or green as they can adversely affect skin color.
Bring your make-up supplies for touch-ups.
Stay away from logos and branding.
Shoes and socks should match the rest of the outfit.
Guys remember that a fresh shave is better than a 5’Oclock shadow.
Long pants are always most flattering in a portrait.
Guys make sure your collar is freshly pressed and wrinkle free.
Scoops or v-necks flatter shorter necks and full faces. Turtlenecks or high-necked garments flatter longer necks and slender faces.
When it doubt, stick with the classic styles. They will always look good.
You can also bring as many props or accessories as you want to your Session.
And the most important tip: Do not forget to be yourself and have fun!
